Eric Johnson, DDS

Dr. Eric Johnson, owner of San Clemente Dental Studio in Southern California, has extensive experience in building teams through acquiring multiple practices. He is the CEO of Leaders in Dentistry, a coaching cohort for dentist teams. Dr. Johnson earned his dental degree from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Divinity from Pepperdine University, and spent nine years working with at-risk students in Los Angeles. He served as a Captain in the USAF Dental Corps, awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal. He directed the California Center for Advanced Dentistry, is a key opinion leader for Glidewell Dental Laboratory, and is pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Leadership at the University of La Verne, focusing on occupational burnout among dentists. Dr. Johnson holds a Guinness World Record for the oral rehabilitation of Sultan Kosen, The World’s Tallest Man, completed in just six days. He enjoys roasting coffee, building playgrounds with Kids Around the World for children in impoverished countries, serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club, and spending time with his wife, Christa, and their four boys.
