Your Employees: Are They in it or the “Long Term”?

2 CEU, 20% • $75 Member Price

Does it matter? Join this evening’s discussion with dentists who have (and kept!) their employees for a long time. What works? What do you need to do to ensure their commitment to your practice? Are “millennials” in it to win it? What can you do as an employer to keep your employees? And, finally, is it just about the compensation or do other aspects prove to be just as important? A panel of “experts” will discuss today’s workforce, their successes (and challenges).
