Mike Johnstone, InfoStar:
Mike began his career with InfoStar back in 2001 and has grown-up living and experiencing dental marketing making him a valuable wealth of knowledge in all areas of marketing a dental practice on the internet. He built his first dental website when he was just 16 and has never looked back. His thirst for technology and helping dental practices become successful also brought forth the SideKick patient education system and the Showcase, a cloud-based reception-area presentation both of which have been used in dental practices across the country to close cases. He has hands-on experience and helped mature each aspect of online marketing that InfoStar provides today making him more than just someone who can talk-the-talk.
Mike graduated college, majoring in neuropsychology, which helped kick-start InfoStar’s successful methods in advertising and promoting dental practices on the Internet through search and social media. His customer service skills and ability to critically think about the needs of a practice carries through to his team at InfoStar for which he personally works with on a daily basis.
Today in everything that Mike has achieved and in working along-side InfoStar’s founder, Greg Sconce, he is partner at InfoStar and looks forward to helping each practice see the value in successful online marketing in order to grow the practice to its highest potential.
Sheri Merrick, InfoStar:
Sheri Merrick started her career in the dental industry back in 1993. Her first position was as Office Manager/Bookkeeper for an Endodontic Firm in California’s Bay Area. That is where her passion began and grew. She loved feeling that she was able to help people who were in extreme pain find a solution. In 1998 she decided to expand her education into the dental field and took a position as Office Manager of a General Dental Practice. Here, she gained more knowledge of what the industry had to offer and made it her mission to learn about all the advances in dentistry.
She has attained over 19 years of managing experience and made it her mission to educate all of her patients on whole body health and the connection between the mouth and the rest of the body. She was able to reach the masses with new and innovative marketing approaches and helped many offices thrive in a down economy.
Sheri has since taken her wealth of knowledge and is now helping dental offices implement dental educational tools to help to educate their patients and in turn increase their practice production. She is also able to help with their marketing by providing completely customized dental websites that have been proven to increase new patient flow.
Her passion for dentistry continues to grow and she looks forward to helping many offices reach that next level.
