Webinar: California Dental Practice Act, Infection Control, and OSHA Refresher
6(2, 4) CEU, Core • $149 Member Price
This course is in a webinar format.
Are you a licensee who’s looking to bang-out all the mandatory courses in one day?
Say no more — our All-In-One covers the following:
- 2-hours of California Dental Practice Act for California licensees
- 4-hours of Infection Control for California licensees combined with an OSHA update to include the required elements of your compliance program for all those classified as being exposed to bloodborne, contact, droplet or airborne pathogens. Make sense of evolving respiratory protection recommendations for changing conditions and risks.
We encourage all licensed as well as unlicensed staff to attend this comprehensive education day which covers scope of practice, infection control regulations from the Dental Board, employee safety issues from Cal-DOSH and a review of the duties and functions of practitioners in dental healthcare provision.
Note: The Infection Control portion of this course DOES NOT meet the mandatory education requirements for unlicensed dental assistants. Unlicensed assistants are required to complete an 8-hour Board-approved course in order to meet employment criteria as an assistant.
