Dale Alto, DDS:

Dr. Dale Alto is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and partner at Capital Oral Surgery in Sacramento California. Born and raised in Michigan, he received his dental degree from the University of Michigan and oral surgery training at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Dr. Alto’s clinical practice is focused on 3rd molar surgery, orthognathic surgery, complex dental implant surgery, and optimal post-op pain control. He and his partners are local providers of lectures and workshops for the All-on-4 concept.

Margaret Delmore, MD, DDS:

Dr. Delmore, MD, DDS has been in private practice as an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for over 25 years in Sacramento, CA. Prior to her oral surgery training she practiced as a hospital pharmacist in Memphis, TN. In addition to her regular career she volunteers as a BLS, ACLS and PALS instructor for several societies. In real life she has only been able to successfully resuscitate one individual, but she has been able to circumvent the need to resuscitate several others.

Lou Gallia, MD, DMD:

Dr. Gallia is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He is also a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Gallia has maintained a Sacramento oral surgery private practice for 33 years. He has served on the faculty of the UCDMC and the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He has a special interest and expertise in TMD and Orofacial Pain Disorders.

Pieter Linssen, DDS:

Dr. Linssen began placing implants in 2006. Since then, he has been sponsored by several different implant companies to speak and teach in implantology. Every dentist that has been chairside with Dr. Linssen is still placing implants today while enjoying an increase in production and professional satifastion. He has received his fellowship in the International Congress on Oral Implantology (ICOI) and maintains an implant only study group.

Alexander Malick, DMD, FAGD:

Dr Malick is a 1982 graduate of the University of Connecticut school of dental medicine. He completed a one-year general practice residency in the US Army Dental Corps. In Lawton, Oklahoma and served a combined active and reserve duty as a dental officer for 12 years. In 2013, he completed an Orofacial Pain Mini-residency at UCLA Dental School and a 9-month fellowship in Orofacial Pain, Oral Pathology, and Dental Sleep Medicine at Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento and Roseville. He currently practices General Dentistry in Roseville, California and has been involved in Dental Sleep Medicine since 2013. Dr Malick is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, an active member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and The American Academy of Orofacial Pain, and a member of the ADA/CDA/and SDDS.

Shika Rathi, BDS, MS :

Dr. Rathi is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologist and maintains a private practice at DDI imaging center in Roseville, California. She is an adjunct assistant professor in the department of Orthodontics at the University of Pacific, San Francisco. She has authored several textbook chapters and is a recognized reviewer of the journal of Oral Surgery, Oral Pathology, Oral Medicine, Oral Radiology (OOOO).
