DESCRIPTION:SDDS Presents Harassment Prevention Training for Non Supervisors (Employees):\nJoin SDDS and CEA Members in this training. Training on how to prevent workplace harassment is now mandatory for almost all California employers (five [5] or more employees)\, and California Employers Association is here to help with Harassment Prevention Training that meets California’s legal requirement. \nThis course is a 1-hour instructor-led session where employees will engage in discussions on all forms of sexual harassment (verbal\, visual\, and physical). Other types of prohibited harassment\, discrimination\, retaliation and abusive conduct will be covered in an interactive format. \nAttendees will learn how to recognize problems and their responsibility in the prevention of harassment\, discrimination\, retaliation\, and abusive conduct.
