SUMMARY:GM – Is It Possible? Predictability\, Limitations\, and Heroics in Tooth Preservation
DESCRIPTION:Is It Possible? Predictability\, Limitations\, and Heroics in Tooth Preservation (In-person course)\n3 CEU\, Core • Member Price: $89 early (ends 9/22)\nRegistration cost details: $89 early (ends 9/22) / $99 regular (ends 9/30) / $109 late (begins 10/1) \nThis presentation will explore the complex decision-making process behind saving teeth from an endodontic perspective. Through real-world cases and input from current literature\, we will examine when preservation is predictable\, when it is not\, and when extraordinary measures we’ve taken have succeeded — or failed. \nCourse objectives: \n\nReview clinical and radiographic tools that are helpful in diagnosis\, treatment planning\, and determining prognosis.\nRecognize situations where treatment outcomes are less reliable and extraction may be the better choice.\nDiscuss our “heroic” attempts with what has worked\, what hasn’t\, and the lessons we have learned from pushing the limits of biology and technique.\n\n\n \nKatherine Shi\, DMD\nDr. Katherine Shi grew up in Michigan and Georgia\, graduated with her DMD degree from University of Pennsylvania\, and completed her Endodontics Residency at Tufts University in Boston\, MA. With Penn\, she worked on integrating artificial intelligence for computer-aided CBCT detection of periapical lesions. She followed her husband to Sacramento and is thankful to practice at Endodontic Associates with an incredible team that shares a passion for saving natural teeth. \n \nSign up online » \nCancellation/Refund Policy\nFull refund granted less $25 administration fee\, if received in writing 14 days before the class.
