He then continued his training overseas\, spending extensive time in Europe\, training alongside some of the world’s leaders in implant and bone augmentation surgery.   \nIn addition to his years of training\, Dr. Wardany conducts clinical research in his office and has collaborated on research studies related to bone regeneration and dental implant biology with the department of reconstructive surgery at Stanford University. The subject of pain control in dentistry has undergone a recent renewal of interest\, a renaissance. Newer techniques\, such as the Gow-Gates mandibular nerve block; Akinosi-Vazirani closed mouth mandibular nerve block; intraosseous anesthesia; periodontal ligament injection (PDL) and intraseptal techniques have been developed in an effort to improve success in this area.
