Enter the convention center via the West Lobby entrance located at 13^th & K Streets. Take the escalator or elevator to the 2^nd floor. The registration desk will be located in the Ballroom A Pre-Function area. Pick up your badge and relevant convention materials at the registration desk. Be sure to wear your badge at all times during the convention. Replacement badges are $10 each.

PARKING: Parking garage locations nearest to the convention center.

CE CERTIFICATE (CE Tracker): Your CE Tracker can be found on pages 59-63 of your convention manual. Instead of a separate CE card, the CE Tracker will be utilized.  To earn CE credit, attendees must sign into each class by scanning the QR code displayed on the screen and then record the code number announced at the end of each session in the CE Tracker.

AGD CE CREDIT:  AGD members are required to sign in at the registration desk to receive credit for the courses you attended.

ACCESS SPEAKER HANDOUTS:  Access to handouts will be available next Thursday, February 1. An email containing the link to the available handouts will be sent to all registrants. It’s important to note that not all speakers have submitted handouts for their classes.

RAFFLES: Don’t miss your chance to win valuable raffle prizes. Raffles will be held in the Exhibit Hall on both Thursday and Friday. Friendly reminder… you must be present to win. Just a hint, you could win cash if you happen to be talking to a vendor holding cash.
