Robyn Thomason is the Director of the Practice Support Center at the California Dental Association (CDA). She is also a content expert in the area of human resources. Robyn has been with the CDA for 19 years; eight of those years she served as a Risk Management Analyst with The Dentists’ Insurance Company (TDIC). She assists dentists in various areas of practice management and patient relations. Robyn is a recognized speaker on issues related to practice management, human resources, as well as the California Dental Practice Act.
